About the Role
Entrust is hiring Customer Support Engineers to support and elevate the Onfido product suite. As part of a global 24/7 support team, you’ll help identify and resolve customer issues, collaborate across teams, and contribute to product improvement. You’ll have a direct impact on customer satisfaction, leveraging your problem-solving skills, technical knowledge, and empathy.
Key Responsibilities
- Deep understanding of the Onfido product suite
- Deliver high-quality, empathetic technical support
- Troubleshoot issues using logs, APIs, SDKs, SQL, and scripting
- Improve customer experience by analyzing trends and feedback
- Collaborate with Product & Engineering to solve root causes
- Maintain and improve support documentation and tools
- Automate repetitive support tasks where possible
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years as a Technical Support Engineer
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience with APIs, SDKs, web applications, and SQL
- Proficiency in Python, Ruby, or JavaScript
- Analytical mindset and experience reviewing system logs
- Ability to work some public holidays and adapt in a global support model
- Fluent in spoken and written English
Preferred Qualifications
- BSc/MSc in Computer Science or related field
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Experience writing internal or external documentation
